INNER REVELATION is an Emotional Alchemy practice guided by Rafaëlle Cohen.

Here you will use gentle breath, gentle sound and gentle movement to allow the emotions present to be felt and released as you are held in your own loving presence.

 

You are invited to create a sacred space for yourself, where you can lie down comfortably, on a mat or a blanket.

It is preferable to have Spotify premium to use the playlist accompanying the practice, but not necessary at all to use the playlist, the results are just as potent without.
